The short version. We keep what you give us to make your posts, and share it only with the services that help make them. We never sell your data and there are no ad trackers. Ask us anytime to see or delete it.
What we collect
- Your account. When you sign in with Google: your email address, name and profile picture.
- Your business. What you tell us during setup — business name, type, address, products, prices, customers, colours — and the photos and logos you upload.
- What you make. The topics and prompts you type, and the slides, pictures and characters that are made from them.
- Billing. Your plan, trial dates, credit balance and a record of credits used. Payments are handled by Stripe: we receive your Stripe customer ID and subscription status, never your full card number.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard logs such as IP address, browser and the pages requested, to keep the Service running and secure.
- On your device. We use your browser’s local storage to keep you signed in and remember choices such as light or dark mode and your saved templates. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To make your carousels and posts, and tailor them to your business.
- To run your account, trial, subscription and credits.
- To answer you when you write to us.
- To keep the Service secure, prevent abuse such as repeated free trials, and fix problems.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your content to train AI models.
Who else sees it
Only the services we need to run All Carousels, each for its own part of the work:
- Supabase — sign-in, database and file storage.
- Vercel — hosting the website.
- Stripe — payments and billing.
- Google — sign-in, and Gemini, which writes the words on your slides.
- Leonardo.Ai (including the GPT Image model it runs) — drawing pictures.
- Recraft — cutting out backgrounds and tracing pictures.
- Freepik and Wikimedia Commons — stock pictures you search for.
- Social networks — only when you choose to share a post to one.
The posts you make are public: they appear in the feed on the make page, with your business name, for anyone to see and copy. On the Max plan they are private unless you make one public. Deleting a post takes it out of the feed.
We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect someone’s safety, or as part of a sale or merger of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and content while your account is open. When you delete your account under Account, your plan stops at once and your profile, uploads and credits are deleted 30 days later — until then you can sign in and keep it. Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires, and if you had a free trial we keep a one-way scrambled form of your email address — not the address itself — so a deleted account cannot start a second one.
Your choices and rights
You can see and change your business details anytime under Your business, download a copy of your data or delete your account under Account, or ask us to do any of these by writing to support@allcarousels.com. Depending on where you live — for example in the EU, UK or California — you may have further rights, including to object to or restrict how we use your data and to complain to your local data protection authority. We will not treat you differently for using them.
Security
Your data is sent over encrypted connections, uploads are stored in private storage that only your account can reach, and keys to the services above stay on our servers. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect what you trust us with.
Where it is processed
Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where the law requires, we rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses for these transfers.
Children
All Carousels is not for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or in the Service before it takes effect.
